Premium Qualification:
Based on first year net paid annualized premium for net paid policies issued on applications received during the Qualification Period. Any policies not in force such as cancellations, lapses, suspended, surrendered or death claims will be deducted. Qualifying policies must still be in force at time of Convention.
Split Business:
Premium will be split appropriately between two
writing agents.
Family Business:
Policies written on agent's life or immediate family members will not count toward qualification.
Convention Invitation:
The invitation to attend will be extended to the qualifier and spouse/guest only. No substitutions or reimbursements will be allowed for anyone choosing not to attend. No activities are planned for children.
Awards:
Qualifier must be present to receive any cash or
non-cash award.
Transportation:
Airline transportation will be provided from the closest major airport as a departure point. Cost to the departure point including any overnight accommodations will be borne by the qualifier.
Extended Stay:
Qualifiers may extend their stay after the Convention ends at their own expense.
General Information:
Agent must be actively contracted and in good standing at time of Convention to attend. The Company reserves the right to withhold an invitation should placement, persistency, mortality fall below minimum acceptable levels or agent has breached any terms of the Agent Agreements. The Company also retains the right to modify or change any requirements or guidelines at any time.
