Tricare Supplement Insurance is designed for dependents of active duty military members, retired military members and their dependents to help pay the medical expenses not paid by Tricare. This supplemental coverage gives one the freedom to choose their own doctors and hospitals. Several plans are available to cover the cost shares and deductibles not paid by Tricare.
